Die Lage gegenüber dem Universal Park ist gut. Leider ist aber vieles weniger gut: - Die Sauberkeit im ersten Zimmer war grausam, wir haben dann das Zimmer gewechselt, da war es leider nicht viel besser 😞 - die Zimmer sind schon länger nicht renoviert worden, im Badezimmer fehlte eine Duschstange (siehe Bild), das Waschbecken hatte einen Riß (siehe Bild), im Schlafzimmer gab es kein Deckenlicht, die Toilette wackelte wenn man sich drauf setzte - für das Schlafsofa konnte keine richtige Bettdecke bereitgestellt werden - der versprochene Föhn fehlte und musste erst angefordert werden Der Service war von wenigen Mitarbeiter sehr gut, die allermeisten waren aber sehr unfreundlich. Das Frühstück im Restaurant war für den Preis sehr schlecht.

The hotel lobby is nice & bright and hotel offers free coffee in the morning & ice water all day. I also loved the gift shop which sells almost everything & closes quite late. There is a TGIFridays attached to the hotel & service is really good. The pool area looks nice. The room is spacious but very dated, It damp & carpet feels a bit icky. The room also has a distinct unpleasant smell (like cleaning solution) but it does not make the room smell clean/fresh. There are not enough power outlets to plug devices. The hotel rooms & hallway need to be renovated (please remove the carpets)

有點舊 總之特別的假日酒店 不過記得帶水 酒店不提供水喝 然後雖然酒店在環球對面但是走路得二十分鐘 所以還是得早點起 班車基本搶不到

Hotel is at a great location that is walking distance from Universal Studio. The room was big and comfortable. Price per night is good. However, the bathroom is a bit beaten up; tub was scratched, side of doors and taps/shower head had some rusting. Carpet at corners of the room was dirty with dust/debris. The room was musty when first walked in. Although I didn’t see any, recent reviews suggest there were bed bugs. So I have to quarantine my luggage when I got home.

就算離得近也是需要打車去環球影城的，剛入住走過去大概要20多分鐘，回來的時候穿過環球影城的停車樓，隔著一條馬路就是酒店，但人無法穿行，衹能繞回去。第二天乾脆打車來回，幾塊錢車費。
